Bonnie Reid Berkow

I am a founding member of Wagner Berkow, LLP, and a long-time partner with Steve Wagner in our prior firm, Wagner Davis, P.C.  I have over thirty five years' experience litigating in State and Federal Courts in New York State, My clients include cooperative and condominium boards, residential unit owners, sponsors, and individuals or corporations involved in contract disputes. 

I have experience in all facets of coop/condo law, landlord/tenant law, challenging the bank's standing in bank foreclosures, and in resolving commercial disputes. I have extensive experience in appellate practice representing both appellants and respondents and also have represented clients in mediation and arbitration of disputes.

I have been a guest panelist at the NYARM Real Estate Expo and a contributor to the New York Law Journal and Habitat Magazine.

I was born in Canada and attended university in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In my leisure time I enjoy riding my Ducati motorcycle, ballroom dancing and Zumba.
