For the last 6 years, Ms. Seckin practiced with a New York-based immigration law firm where she provided counsel to physicians and scientists on employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters; including but not limited to labor certification/PERM applications, H-1Bs, J-1 Waivers (Sate 30/Flex 5), NIW, I-140 employment based petitions, "greencard" applications, etc. Her work on behalf of clients also included managing and advising on PERM compliance strategies, the immigration consequences of Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate restructurings.
