You are in the best of hands

I had a great experience with the Riemer team--- everyone that works on your case treats you with respect and compassion. They spent a lot of time answering all of my LTD questions and communicating throughout the process. I am glad I hired them for the job. After working with them for the past year,... I realized I could not have gone through this by myself. They're experts navigating the challenges among the insurers and medical teams. It really put my mind at ease. Trust the process, as the successful results speaks for itself! Thank you so much!

THANK YOU!!!

After a consultation with Mr. Riemer, I decided to retain his firm to help me with my LTD case. I had been struggling with my health issues for over 2 years and needed HELP!! He was very clear as to the process and the obstacles that I faced but gave me confidence that my case would be handled profes...sionally. I decided to move ahead with his firm and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I was immediately assigned a team of Paul, Maxine and Brandi. They were not only extremely professional but also compassionate towards my health issues. It was a whirlwind of activity for 4 weeks as they prepared my case. I was included in every step and received constant updates and reassurances. Maxine would even call me at 8pm on a Friday night to give me updates. Their dedication and professionalism resulted in a positive outcome for my LTD claim enabling me to now just concentrate on getting better!!! Thank you again Mr. Riemer and your great associates

Thank you for taking the time to provide an excellent review. At Riemer & Associates we strive to provide the very best in legal representation for every client. As with your claim, sometimes we need to go the extra mile, even if that means calling clients at 8pm on a Friday night so they have a worry-free weekend. So glad your team at Riemer & Associates achieved a positive outcome for you. We remain here if you need us. You focus on getting better & we'll focus on your disability claim. Your Legal Team at Riemer & Associates.

The best!

I cannot sing enough praises for Riemer & Associates. The firm was dedicated to my case from the second I scheduled a call for a consult, all the way through to the resolution and beyond. All matters are handled with unparalleled professionalism and care, and everyone I had the pleasure of working wi...th was extremely attentive and left you feeling like you were in very capable hands. While Scott and Arianna were not directly assigned to my case, I was introduced to the firm through them and really credit both with giving me the confidence to file my claim. Ari took an amazing amount of time and energy to answer an unending list of questions I had long before my consult with Scott. I found Scott extremely sincere and conscientious and felt his and Ari’s experience and confidence ultimately led me to retain them. Once onboard my legal power team consisted of Maxine (paralegal) and Paul (lawyer). A lot of time was spent working directly with Maxine. She took my case under her wings from day one and consistently went above and beyond at every turn. Maxine exudes a calm, intuitive, ultra-persistent manner which really helped put my mind at ease even through the bumpiest of times. Perhaps even more appreciated was that she communicated often and thoroughly, and along with Paul’s expertise, were just a pleasure to have working on my team. I’m extremly happy to report my claim resulted in a favorable outcome. Had my claim been denied however, I would still wholeheartedly recommend Riemer & Associates to anyone seeking assistance with long term disability. I just can't imagine a better experience elsewhere.

Very pleased with the service offered by this firm. A special thanks to Arianna who was instrumental in explaining the process and answering all our questions.

Thank you

Making the decision to leave the workforce due to my disability was one of the hardest decision I have had to make thus far in my life. I was very lucky to find Riemer and Associates to handle my disability claim. My medical issues did not allow me to deal with my disability insurance company.... I was referred to Scott Reimer by a friend and it was an excellent referral. Scott Reimer was very generous with his time, supportive and confident on my first appointment with the firm. I realized that I am in good hands. I worked closely with Arianna Gonzalez (paralegal) who was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with all my questions, timely with responses and diligent in following up. Arianna Gonzalez understands what you are going through and how to effectively deal with all the nuances of an insurance claim. Arianna is also a very nice person! Not only my LTD claim has been approved, but Riemer and Associates also knew in advance what the disability insurance company will request. If you are considering making a disability claim, I highly advise don't do it alone, I highly recommend having Reimer and Associates as your representatives.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I heartily endorse and recommend Scott Riemer and all of the attorneys and staff who work with him at his firm, Riemer & Associates LLC ("R&A") (and especially Paul M. Kampfer, Esq., one of the firm's associates). I initially found R&A through Avvo on behalf of a client of mine who needed assistance with a long-term disability benefits denial. R&A, under Scott's expert leadership and direction, worked with me and my client to provide us with a sound strategy for contesting the denial of benefits and a stellar array of arguments that ultimately convinced the insurer involved in the case to reinstate the client's benefits. Scott and his team--and particularly Mr. Kampfer and paralegal Arianna Gonzalez--worked vigilantly with me and the client--even through his hospitalizations--and went above and beyond the call of duty in rendering legal services. The quality of services that were provided and the amazing outcome of this case are goals to which all lawyers should aspire."
