Robert Michael Marino II

Robert Marino is the Managing Attorney at Scaffidi & Associates, overseeing the firm, which specializes in medical malpractice, complex personal injury, trusts/estates, transactional, and commercial matters. He is responsible for all facets of litigation from pre-suit investigation through settlement and post-trial practice.

Robert has successfully briefed and argued many complex legal issues before both the trial and appellate courts. He has a knack for finding creative solutions to problems by leveraging his legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.

His passion for the law extends to his role as adjunct professor of law where, for more than 15 years, he has been teaching future generations of lawyers.

Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics & Economics from Ursinus College and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is also active in various volunteer organizations in his hometown.
