I chose Rebecca Mendel to handle the adoption on my grandson. I chose her blindly, from a list the Foster agency had given me but in hindsight, I must have had an Angel guiding my choice because there was no one on that list possibly more wonderful than Rebecca. I know how difficult it was got her t...o deal with the agency’s bureaucracy, incompetence and the frequent change of personnel but Rebecca did not let anything deter her from our goal of adoption. She was persistent, professional, and absolutely reliable. If she said I was going to get a document in the mail, it was received. If she said she would call at a certain time, the call was promptly made. I cannot recommend Rebecca strongly enough. My husband and I placed our trust in her capable hands and she placed Christopher in our arms, irrevocably. Thank you Rebecca Mendel, our gratitude is endless.
