This lawyer agreed to represent my husband in a lawsuit against a large disability company and unfortunately came to the pretrial hearing completely unprepared and lacked the knowledge required to give him fair representation. It was obvious that this lawyer did not take the time to review the mounta...in of evidence we provided for him nor did he have a basic understanding or knowledge of the type of policy my husband had. His ignorance of the evidence and lack of understanding about the policy caused him to persuade my husband to accept a settlement that was far less then he was entitled to and sadly has left my family having to struggle to make ends meet.
