Paul represented me in a Manhattan co-op purchase that just closed. I was a first time home buyer with a ton of questions. He was patient and responsive in addressing my concerns. We just closed on a co-op using Paul as our lawyer. It was a complicated closing with, as always multiple parties (buyer, seller, bank, and management companty.) Paul kept all of them moving forward on an almost hourly basis, including weekends! He did not let the ball drop once. We will always u...se him in the future, and can't recommend him highly enough.
