Matthew C Carroll

Matthew Carroll is an associate in the firm’s corporate group, focusing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and general corporate transactional matters for a wide range of clients including public and privately-held companies, private equity and growth/venture capital funds and start-up enterprises.

In the mergers and acquisitions arena, Matt represents both buyers and sellers in public and private transactions including mergers, stock purchases and asset purchases in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Matt also represents public and private companies and underwriters in offerings of debt and equity securities, including initial public offerings and private placements, as well as representing both lenders and borrowers in loan and credit facility transactions.

Matt also routinely advises both seasoned companies and start-up entities on formation and structuring matters, joint venture and strategic relationships and day-to day business matters including corporate governance, employment and contractual issues.
