Because of my age/experience, I don't bother with reviews. Googling for an attorney, I stopped when I read Martin Kron "ex traffic court judge". Commonsense dictates who else would have the experience/knowledge?! Before my initial consultation with Mr. Kron, I went to traffic court to watch other a...ttorneys, which left me very discouraged. But when I went to my first meeting at Martin Kron's office I was immediately impressed/relaxed with his demeanor; pleasant, not hurried, active listener; answered all my questions and asked if I had any more. Then he was candid while not worrying me. He explained in detail his and the court's procedure which further set my mind at ease even through if losing the case, would put my licence at 11 points with plenty of fines to pay weither or not I had a licence left. I drive for a living. I immediately signed on with Martin Kron. The day of the hearing I did not testify and Martin went in alone. Truth be told I was too nervous to even sit in the audience of the courtroom, waited outside in the lobby, FULLY TRUSTING Martin's ability because before going in he explained to me IN DETAIL what was to transpire and how he would handle it. I was found NOT GUILTY! I think it was one of management there that came over to both Martin and myself to make sure I understood that Martin had just won a case against a police officer that is there twice a week with excellent notation and RARELY loses. I was trying to change my license from NY to NJ but discovered at the DMV I had an outstanding violation in South Carolina. The issue needed to be resolved before I could get my new license. Having never set foot in that state before, it was clearly a case of mistaken identity. Easy fix, right? NO! I... spent many hours trying to resolve this problem myself: enduring long wait times to talk to someone, describing my situation each time to multiple people at SC DMV, sending in requested documents, waiting for replies, and lastly being bounced around to several SC Magistrate Courts. After all that, they were unable to locate the presiding court for that particular offense in order to clear my name in the system, even though the spelling of the offender’s name was one letter off from mine. I was back to square one and I didn’t have any clear direction of how to proceed. I called Martin without knowing if he would even be able to help, since this area was not his expertise. He was super responsive and listened to my whole situation carefully. He told me he would make a few calls and keep me updated. During the whole process, he was very diligent and kept me informed of every step. Long story short, Martin was able to get one of his contacts at the National Driver Registry to clear the mistake in the system within a few days of our initial conversation. To save me any additional aggravations, he had his contact be on call when I returned to the DMV so that any issues could be sorted then and there without me having to return. Everything worked out perfectly and I now have my new license in hand. Martin handled my situation with such care and competence and I am very grateful for his services. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a traffic lawyer.

Mr. Martin A. Kron is a knowledgeable, professional, effective and caring Attorney. And finding this combination is very rare. He treats you like a client, but he also treats you like family. I have gotten speeding tickets is the past and handled them myself. But this was a DWI Ticket (and a care...less driving ticket) and I was petrified. I found Mr. Martin Kron, and he was wonderful. He believed what I had to say, he walked me through the process, and he even gave me his cell number and home email so that I could contact him any time I felt scared or confused. The first court date was just to enter the plea. Mr. Kron spoke with the Prosecutor prior to the second court appearance and we were hoping that based on the evidence, the Prosecutor would dismiss the tickets. No such luck. I think the Prosecutor wanted another "win" in his column, and I was going to be it. Mr. Kron presented our case and the Prosecutor presented why he had grounds to proceed to trial. But Mr. Kron professionally stood his ground and the 2 tickets were dismissed that day! I couldn't more highly recommend an attorney! Mr. Kron is wonderful!
