I had moved from NYC to Cleveland early this year. My wife called me and told me she had good news - Insurance would be substantially cheaper in Ohio. To be in compliance with the law we had to get our car registered in Ohio and get new plates within 30 days. Then Covid happened......The DMV was s...hutdown for months. I was under the assumption that I still had NY Insurance at the time - this was a miscommunication with my wife who changed our insurance to Ohio. To make a long story short I received a letter in the mail saying my NY license was suspended for an insurance lapse for 180 days. This made it impossible for me to get an Ohio license too. A complete and total nightmare - using a car to provide for my family was now illegal. I tried to solve the problem on my own only to get tangled in a web of bureaucracy and incompetence. I then decided to go the attorney route. My first few calls were hopeless, the law firms I spoke to said they were going to charge a big upfront fee with no assurance whatsoever that they could help...and oh it might take months to fix anyways. They were all very curt and transactional. Fortunately I found Martin. When i spoke to him it sounded like he actually cared. He also said normally he knows if could help get someone off, but in this case he was not positive. Therefore he chargec half of his normal rate up front and the other half if he got me off. This was completely reasonable. One week later my drivers license suspension was rescinded. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the firm

Martin Kron was very patient, fair, and upfront during my interactions with him. I am currently out of the NY/NJ area, after a recent move. But needed someone to represent me for an issue with the DMV in NYS. He was realistic with timelines, and was able to ultimately get my issue resolved before it ...affected my current state license. Can't thank him enough. After he resolved the issue in NYS, he kept in touch to make sure my issue was completely resolved in my new home state.
