I am a mediator and a corporate attorney with domestic and international experience in various types of business transactions and conflicts.  I provides mediation and negotiation services to companies, non-profits and individuals looking to resolve their matters in a confidential, creative and effective way.

I serve as a mediator in business disputes and as a neutral or negotiator in deal making processes  where parties seek to negotiate complex transactions or the termination of specific contracts or ventures.
