Kenneth will make everything so simple at first. He told us he would help with getting us out of our lease and charged us an enourmous amount of money even when I explained to him that my father didn’t have much and his small buisness was losing money. He drag this situation for months barely picked ...up on the phone or answer his emails and we were lost not knowing what to do. Today I finally reached an agreement with my landlord that he would give me back one month out of my security and I just had to sign a termination letter so that the new tenant that we want him to take our place the beginning of next month. Now that the landlord sent us the letter Kenneth is taking advantage of our situation and knows that we haveNo more money to spend and will not read the termination letter or put his name on it. We are lost now trying to find another lawyer. When I asked him why he wouldn’t he said that you need money to hire lawyers and when I asked about the $5000 one too he started ignoring me again. He left his law firm and they will not back me up either. Do not use him unless you have a lot of money to burn on nothing! Horrible man!
