It depends. If there is probable cause to make an arrest, then they will likely make an arrest. Sometimes, further investigation needs to be done.

They will usually side with probation unless there is some mitigating facts that probation doesn't know about.

It really depends on the strength of the evidence against you. If there is a lot of evidence, then prepared to very possibly go to jail.
