My Husband was arrested for shoplifting less then $50 worth. Its the first time ever. He is here illegaly. Will he be deported?

It is not likely, however, before he even thinks about pleading to anything, he should consult both a criminal attorney and an immigration attorney.

You can certainly go to the authorities and file a police report. You also may be able to get a restraining order.

I would ask the court, through your attorney, to either give you more time to pay or to waive the cost.

I would suggest you consult a local attorney for some advice. If the police or law enforcement seek to talk to you, do not speak to them.

Can u get a bench warrant lifted by paying the fine. Was put on a payment plan for a dui case, but couldnt keep up the payments.

You would need to appear in the court part where the warrant was issued. I suggest you bring an attorney with you to protect your rights.
