Jonathan Marc Davidoff

Jonathan represented me in connection with an indictment by New York State that I had not filed or paid income taxes for many years. He explained the process to me and my wife. He negotiated with the assistant district attorney with the result that the felony indictment was reduced to a misdemeanor.... He also worked with accountants and with me to get all our state and federal tax matters resolved. In all of this, he was more than a lawyer, he was an advisor and a friend.

Jonathan its an amazing lawyer, he is veryyy smart,talented, hard worker, honest, always trying to be fair..I've known him for more than 3 years already since I decided to hire him for my criminal case. There are two things that I admire from him as a good lawyer that he is, most of the lawyer have ...a secretary or paralegal that do most of the work for them like answering the phone, leaving mesaages, even go to court for them, Davidoff its the only lawyer that I know that answer his clients texts messages, calls, e- mails, and itsnt because he is not too busy, he is a very busy attorney and I dont even know how can he handle everything himself wish is so important because you never know if you have an emergency or an important question to ask that can change the result of your case and its out of "his work's hours" you could be in trouble just because of that. When I received letters from the judge , I would tell him and he will call right away and make sure everything was ok. He could be very serius when the clients dont fallow his "rules" and he will always try to put a smile in your face. I had recommended to 3 people that I know , two of them very close to me but completely diferent cases, and all of them were and are very happy with the results. Everybudy think about the money when they ask how much " a lawyer" charge, and of course he is not one of the cheapest one but he deserve every penny that he charge for, and many many lawyer out there thats just have a tittle but aren't lawyers!! So be carefull who you shoose. Jonathan let me take this space to thank you once againg for all you did for my case and for me, you are more than my lawyer now, you are my friend, and even tho I wont need to hire any more lawers ;) if I have to pick again I will hire you,but since that is not happening i will keep recommending you to every single person that I know that need your services, money its not everything , I paid you , and it was a big effort , but what I will pay you the rest of my days its your intensions. It was very hard to put my trust In Jonathan knowing that I was looking at two life sentences, we butted heads often and he would always tell me to just be patient and wait for the end result. Believe me that patience was the last thing I was thinking about, bit I hung in there and the end result was... more than I could have ever imagined. I ended up with only probation and got to see the birth of my daughter which was the hardest part for me thinking that I would miss being there for her. I owe everything to Jonathan and I don't think he understands how truly thankful I am for having him as my attorney. A whole new world has been opened up for me thanks to Jonathan.
