Jeffrey R Alexander

Jeffrey R. Alexander’s practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Jeff has a proven track record of creating and preserving value through effective strategy, communication, and negotiation. He has expertise in securities, white collar, commercial, complex financial fraud, and accounting litigations. Notably, prior to joining Wachtel Missry, Jeff recovered over $1 billion for shareholders of public companies in high-profile securities class actions.

Jeff received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University, where he earned a degree in Mathematics and Economics and was a four-year member of Emory’s NCAA soccer team.
