Hermione Mengyin Krumm

Hermione's practice includes public and private offerings (including PIPEs, IPOs, SPACs and private placements), broker-dealer and investment banking matters, secondary market transactions, venture and private equity capital investments and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has a significant practice in hospitality and branding industries.

Prior to joining Littman Krooks LLP, Hermione is with a Top 25 EB-5 law firm, where she advised clients on SEC and EB-5 compliance, deal structuring, integrity measures, corporate finance, and M&A. Prior to this, she was with the New York office of one of the most prestigious and largest law firms in China, where she focused her practice on M&A, foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate and finance involving China, the UK and the US. She also has experience in energy, intellectual property and corporate law with the London offices of Clifford Chance and Olswang LLP (later merged with CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro to form CMS Nabarro Olswang LLP).

Hermione writes and comments frequently on current corporate and securities issues. Her articles have been published by LexisNexis, ILW, EB-5info, EB-5 Supermarket, etc. She has also been interviewed by mainstream news channels, featured in international newspapers and quoted. She has spoken on the EB-5 Investment Voice Podcast, talking about corporate and securities law.

Hermione is a graduate of the University of Manchester School of Law (UK) and Cornell Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
