We used him for our closing and he gave us a fixed price on the day of the closing he doubled his price for additional work he claimed he needed to do based on the shortened time length of the closing. He was told prior to being retained that the closing would be done within 3 weeks of contract. He u...nderstood prior to him quoting me the price. FInally he waited til the last minute to request I get the pay off letter from my bank. He blamed my brokers for telling him it was an all cash deal. I am an attorney, and him blaming my brokers for his mistake was ridiculous. I would not recommend him to any one else for their closing. He was rude and untrustworthy.
