I want to publicly thank Don for helping me and saving my life. No excuses here, things happen and unfortunately I ended in a bad situation that got worse. I'm writing this review to help someone like me who felt scared and didn't know what to expect. My charge was in the 2nd degree.. first time fe...lony charge. I consulted with other lawyers who just wanted to scare me and take my money. Don came from a trusted source and made me feel safe. The way my consultation went, i just knew i needed to choose him. He approached my situation with care and I felt very safe retaining him. He is an absolute expert full of knowledge and experience. He told me several outcomes and at the end of the day I had to face my consequences on my own, but felt confident with Don at my side. We took necessary time to prepare for my hearing and he was able to get me PTI. By law the minimum for my charges was 5 to 10 years up to $100,000 fine. He got me a second chance to not ever make the foolish mistake I made. You made me feel better throughout the months and I encourage anyone dealing with a criminal charge to contact him. He does NOT care about his clients. He will use any scare tactic possible t...o avoid ever answering real harboring questions. he will manipulate his clients and never have their best interest at heart. I've asked for numerous itemized statements, only to be given the run around. waste of money. if you want to go to JAIL THEN HIRE DON SAVATTA

Most negligent and unconcerned attorney I have ever dealt with. The only time I contacted Don was to request an official copy of the charge that was filed against me and he never sent it, even after requesting it for a third time. For a small case, I paid Don’s law offices a substantial amount of mon...ey thinking I got the best. I can tell you just because he’s expensive does not mean he is good. I felt that when I tried to get ahold of Don, he would be annoyed and deliberately respond or call back days later. I almost lost a government clearance job because of the inaccurate information he provided, which is nothing compared to the frustration of actually trying to get ahold of Don. If you want to pay your attorney and only hear from him only on your court date, then go with him. If you want an attorney that shares your best interest and will answer your call or email in a timely manner, do not hire Don Savatta.
