Christopher Michael McFadden

I practice in New York City and defend employers in all areas of employment law including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour litigation.  I also represent corporate and governmental clients in commercial litigation, tort defense, and education law matters.

I counsel businesses on a full range of employment concerns such as confidential information protection, noncompetition agreements, leaves of absence, and releases. I have provided lectures to HR professionals and employees on topics such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), compensable time under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), drafting effective handbooks, and avoiding harassment claims.
