Biography
Mr. Stark concentrates his practice on all areas of transactional real estate law. He represents domestic and foreign clients and has extensive experience with all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions. His transactions include the acquisitions, sales, and leases of commercial properties throughout the United States. Mr. Stark has intimate knowledge of the New York metropolitan area real estate market and handles numerous cooperative apartment, condominium unit, and single and multi-family home closings.
Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Stark was associated with the Law Firm of Seth Stein P.C. Prior to that, he was with the law firm of Donovan & Giannuzzi, LLP. Mr. Stark received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and received his Bachelor of Science in Management concentrating in finance from Tulane University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Estate Board of New York, and holds a New York State Real Estate Broker’s License. He currently resides in Manhattan.
