Third time and still better than great
This is our fourth transaction with Andy as our real estate lawyer. He is smart, available, and highly competent. I've seen him in minor crises and he does not lose his cool, rather this is when one sees what he's made of. There are loads of RE lawyers in New York and I recommend no one to my friends...
