Terrence M. Dunn is a founding Partner of Einbinder & Dunn LLP. He has been practicing law since 1984 and has been a partner in the Firm and its predecessors for 29 years. He is a Member of the New York State, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is recommended by the New York City Bar Association Legal Referral Service.
Mr. Dunn has been interviewed by and written articles for major publications such as Entrepreneur, Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy, New Jersey Lawyer Magazine and the Franchise Law Journal. He is on the Board of Editors of Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy. He has spoken at franchising related events such as the International Franchising Association legal symposium and the ABA Forum on Franchising and has given Continuing Legal Education seminars on Franchise Law.
In addition to managing the firm's extensive transactional and regulatory franchise practice, Mr. Dunn also has close to three decades of experience in (i) corporate/business law, especially new business development and fashion law; (ii) commercial real estate transactions; and (iii) trusts and estates. He is very active in New York real estate development for retail and entertainment clients.
