Robert Mario Fantone

Robert gave very misleading legal advice on my case. He took several months to return the rest of the retainer. I would not recommend Robert. If you work with Robert, you may end up very over confident about the likelihood of winning your case. He has a large ego, claimed he was the best trial attorn...eys in NYC.

I hired Mr. Fantone as an attorney back in 2021 at the time I couldn’t afford to pay him in full but he was willing to take my case with what I could afford, after hearing the details of my case and what I was looking at he was very eager to help my situation and assured me that he would do the best ...he could and he did. I had an attorney that was court appointed before hiring Mr. Fantone and he didn’t do anything on my case and I never heard from him or seen him Mr. Fantone was the complete opposite of that attorney and I am very appreciative to have had him as an Attorney on my case that I fought for 3 years Before ultimately beating the case with Bobby Fantone as one of my Attorneys I was facing more time than a persons mind can even fathom and if it wasn’t for Mr. Fantone I’m sure I would be spending the rest of my life behind bars waiting for an appeal. Yes I was innocent but we all know the law doesn’t work in all of our favor that’s why so many changes have been being made to the system and thanks to Bobby and his skills and wits and knowledge of the law was of great aid in getting four violent felonies dropped. Great attorney I would 100% recommend hiring him to anyone and he is currently my attorney on a civil case I rehired him again after seeing his dedication and devotion to his work.
