I am so grateful for Sharon because in our case, she worked as a miracle worker. As an H1b employee in the tech industry I received the shock of my life when my employer received an Request for Evidence correspondence letter from Immigration that was about 15 pages long. They were questioning why my job was a specialty occupation even though I am in a senior position.
