She is a poor Adjudicated Law Judge. She does not see the whole picture. In fact, she should be removed due to her incompetency. She should check all the facts, including what is written on the ticket. I received a parking summons and took pictures of a municipal lot where I parked. It is even s...tated on the ticket that I was parked in a municipal lot. N evertheless, she ignores the facts that the lines were faded. By the way, the City repainted the lines a few weeks later. She should have went to the parking lot to see for herself. The lot was identifiable on the ticket even though she said that the area is not identifiable. This lawyer exercised poor judgment and should not be an ALJ. I will write a letter to the City requesting for her dismissal.
