I honestly felt as if a good friend were representing me, that's how caring and compassionate Ms. Nathalie is. She explained everything from where to park to what to expect in front of the judge to what to expect afterwards. By the time I was in front of the judge, I think I was her last case of th...e day and her energy level and commitment were as if I were her first case - full of energy and not trying to just rush through to leave. I cannot thank nor praise her enough! I still have to wait to find out if my case is approved, but even if I'm not, I would not have changed having Ms. Nathalie there with me.
