Naomi Briana Sunshine

 

Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Naomi worked as an associate at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Brayton Konecky LLP in San Francisco, where she represented workers and others in federal and state wage and hour, employment discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, consumer and disability class actions. Before working at Schneider Wallace, she clerked for the Honorable Constance Baker Motley and the Honorable Victor Marrero, both of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

 

Naomi earned her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D., cum laude, from NYU School of Law, where she was an Arthur Garfield Hays Civil Liberties Fellow. During law school she participated in NYU’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, and interned at the ACLU, the NYCLU, the Urban Justice Center, the Center for Constitutional Rights, and Immigration Equality.

 

She is admitted to practice in New York and California. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s LGBT Rights Committee.
