Biography
The New York Court system can be overwhelming and confusing for almost anyone. I offer each client personal attention throughout each phase of their case. I pride myself on being open and honest with regard to the legal process as well as the pros and cons of each case. I assist clients in a vast range of civil litigation disputes, including business disputes, property disputes, collection matters, breach of contract, negligence, personal injury and commercial landlord and tenant. I can also assist you in the formation, transfer, sale or dissolution of business entities as well as contract negotiation (AIA, loans, etc).
The valuable experience that I gained in the courtroom served as the foundation for expanding my practice to commercial and residential real estate. I was initially very reluctant to stray from litigation, which had proved to be my comfort zone. However, over time, several of my clients convinced me to assist them with their real estate needs, including buying and selling co-ops, condos, houses and even buildings throughout New York City. I'm glad they did. It has helped me become a more well-rounded attorney, which has proven to be highly beneficial to my clients.

Excellent Litigation Attorney
