Larry is one of the most seasoned landlord tenant attorneys I have worked with. I have referred numerous clients to him and he has represented them diligently. He makes a frustrating process of evicting tenants seamless with his encyclopedic knowledge of landlord tenant law, familiarity with the co...urts in NY and outer counties and natural litigating skills. He is also ver y reasonable and mindful of litigation costs.

We hired Larry to handle our tenant dispute against our landlord. Larry wasn't concerned about our case or ensuring that we'd be ok. He cared more about getting the case in and out b/c he's what is referred to as a "volume lawyer". Larry cared more about billing, caused us extra expense when n...egotiating with the other party's lawyer and didn't return calls at the most crucial times in the case. I wouldn't hire Larry if he paid me to be his client. He's useless and causes more money to be spent than required. We were so unhappy with him that we left in the middle of the case b/c we realized we were better off cutting off our losses than working with him and losing everything. And the funniest thing is that he never even noticed we left him as clients until months later when he contacted us to see where we were with our case and to ask us to pay for some additionally billing he ran up since we'd left.
