Harlan Scott Budin

In over a year and a half with Harlan Budin NOTHING was accomplished with the exception of an 11th hour filing of my case before my statute of limitations would have expired. I am now left with a permanent disability, he KNEW this, I was struggling to make ends meet, often on foods stamps, he KNEW th...is, I would call the office repeatedly for WEEKS on end and never got a call back. Now, more than a year and a half after changing attorney's , I get a call from his office DEMANDING that I attend multiple, scheduled doctors appointments, one of which is less than 24 hours from now. His office did not even bother to review my name to confirm that I was in fact a client, which I am not. Defense counsel is equally as negligent in the submission of this demand, they have been dealing with my new attorney for over a year and a half, have been to court multiple times, depositions have been completed and communication has been ongoing. In my opinion, I would NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone who wants anything done much less in a timely fashion. If you want "reasonable" communication or even communication in a timely fashion, forget it. He even failed miserably in forwarding what precious little documentation he had to my new attorney. I will fight tooth and nail to see that he is NOT compensated for anything other that the "cost" of getting a case number which I could have done myself.
