From the very first conversation I had with Oliver Koppell and Scott Doherty, about my concerns over the way I was terminated by my employer of 8 years, I felt validated and listened to. Mr Koppell and his team contacted me through this site over 4 years when I asked whether my injury would have a decent case. I was losing my hair as a result of a Brazilian blowout hair treatment. They along with other lawyers contacted me but their office seemed the most knowledgeable and compassio...nate and therefore I agreed that they take on my case. They were meticulous with collecting my countless medical records and finding the subject matter experts that could speak to my treatment and resulting injury. During this time COVID took place and court houses were closed. They never lost sight of my case and always reached out or had great followup and next steps in place. Koppell was very subjective in his response to my case. I called for a consultation about a possible workplace bullying and hostile work environment suit. Koppell told me that I was “projecting” and that I was somehow at fault. He knows absolutely nothing about this organization, their toxic environm...ent, or their mass exodus, so I found him to be a bit presumptuous. As a lawyer, I would expect him to listen objectively and it honestly seemed like he was the one “projecting”.
