Based upon my personal experience, he lacked competence, clear communication, and the drive to get the best results. He was deceptive, in that he told me to except a partial settlement and promised to purse a further settlement with a additional defendant. He never followed through on his promis...e. He never told me that he stopped working the case, he just shut off all communications. I have never dealt with an attorney quite like this before.
