Chevanev Charles, Esq. combines multidisciplinary legal experience with a strong commitment to client advocacy. With a special focus in immigration law, Chevanev is recognized for delivering personalized, attentive service and maintaining consistent client communication throughout the legal process. His background includes six years as a legal officer in the Caribbean, a period during which he deepened his expertise in maritime law while developing his private practice. Chevanev holds a distinguished Master’s degree in International Maritime Law, which he completed on a full scholarship. His experience as an in-house immigration attorney with the Council of Jewish Organizations of Flatbush allowed him to oversee a diverse portfolio of cases, including FOIAs and naturalization, for more than 90 clients. Licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states and in several Caribbean jurisdictions, Chevanev also assists clients with maritime claims, ship finance, probate, and personal injury cases. Beyond his legal practice, he is active in community service and enjoys family activities, archery, and outdoor pursuits. Chevanev is driven by a profound dedication to helping individuals and families achieve their goals in the United States.
