Charles K, Fewell Jr. represents domestic and international commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financings.
Admitted to the bar in 1968 after graduating from Harvard Law School, Mr. Fewell has spent the ensuing 40-plus years helping clients efficiently achieve their goals.
He spent sixteen years as North American General Counsel of a major financial institution and acts on behalf of acquirers, target companies, entrepreneurs and investors in a wide variety of situations, as well as outside general counsel for a number of U.S. subsidiaries of foreign entities.
Mr. Fewell's pro bono work includes being a Volunteer Lawyer For The Arts.
