I get a thrill out of practicing property and trust & estates law.  Navigating clients through shoaled waters by applying the legal wisdom of centuries and my own insights, makes my practice so.  The past 29 years have combined to sharpen iron with iron.

My joining Kagan Lubic Lepper Finkelstein & Gold, LLP has formed a reciprocal coalition that began by my late father, well before I was called to the Bar.  The Firm's service to clients is now entire and whole, as we now represent coop corporations, condomnium associations, and the Banks that lend to them.

When outside my firm, I teach a course on the Arthurian Legends at Long Island University, serve as VP and Director of the US Army's Command and General Staff College Foundation, helping to found a new Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, write articles on military command ethics, and keep up with the demands of my admission to practice law in England and Wales.

Prior to my current responsibilities, I coached baseball for 23 years in Inner City Brooklyn and worked as an archaeologist.

Married for 35 years and have a son on active duty serving with the Army Engineers.
