Biography
I am a Partner at the law firm Taylor & Cohen LLP. Rob Cohen and I fouinded the firm in 2015 because we wanted to take on challenging cases in a small-firm envirnoment with big-firm quality of service.
My areas of expertise include complex commercial litigation and business disputes, financial regulation, securities law, antitrust and trade regulation, auditor liability, public corruption, RICO and white-collar criminal defense.
Prior to founding Taylor & Cohen LLP in 2015, I lived for 2 1/2 years in Istanbul, Turkey, where I was researching for a historical novel set in the Byzantine Empire. Before Istanbul, I practiced as a litigation associate at several elite law firms in New York City: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Heller Ehrman LLP, and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. In addition, I am Of Counsel to the boutique white-collar criminal defense firm Creizman LLC.
