I saw people started looking for good lawyer when they got screwed up, but I didn’t. I had paid consultation on website with some lawyers I guess, it didn’t work. Then I visited several lawyers in New York because I heard they in general see more types of cases here in immigration field( yeah, why no...t? This is New York, full of immigrants.) I started my H1-B case in the middle of March. It was a challenge for the company and lawyer to prepare the case in short time.
