He uses his bench as a throne to treat families and the courtroom poorly including council. The years long trauma he caused by separating a child and a mother.. and how hard my son and I sti...ll fight to reunite. No word can explain it. He gave all the power to my ex to break me down, to continue controlling and abusing me now through the court system with the empowerment Shim gave him.. As a DV victim, I am further abused because of Shim’s decisions and delays and wasting peoples lives in his courtroom. As a mother, I missed out on the childhood of my child because of Shim favoring the white, wealthy father over me.. The system is broken people like Shim are at the roots of it.
