John Eugene Moore

I counsel businesses from small and local businesses to larger ones with international footprints. I have negotiated and drafted agreements from basic terms and conditions to million-dollar asset purchases. I have advised on employment contracts, real estate leases, and brokerage fees.

I also take on litigation matters in New York State Civil and Supreme Courts for both businesses and individuals, winning money judgments and gaining favorable settlements for them. I provide litigation assistance to other small-firm practitioners. At Northeastern University School of Law, I provided research assistance for a case heard before the U.S. Supreme Court.

I help defend my client's trademarks from infringement and unfair competition.

I help start-ups choose their business forms and become authorized in various states including in New York, New Jersey and Delaware.
