He regularly represents financial institutions, hedge funds, distressed companies and creditors’ committees in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, as well as foreign liquidators in chapter 15 cases and U.S.-based litigation. Scott has extensive experience in a broad range of bankruptcy disciplines, including debtor in possession financing and use of cash collateral, distressed asset sales, chapter 11 plan formulation and bankruptcy litigation.
