Daniel Marcus

I consider myself a Founder-Lawyer as opposed to a Lawyer-Founder. I started out my career as an entrepreneur, starting my first company prior to heading to law school and bootstrapping it while pursuing my JD full-time. I became a lawyer so I could be "dangerous" on the receiving end of a contract or term sheet. However, since then I have decided to put my skills to good use, helping business owners, prospective business owners, creatives, and those with more ambition than know-how. I take on very few clients as I continue to devote at least half my time to my entreprenurial endeavors in Sports, Tech, Media, and Social Impact. I am a generalist who draws upon my experience in these different industries to provide a service at a cost that makes sense for the client.
