When I arrived at Yaniv's office I was in one of the worst moments of my life. facing deportation. without hope and with a lot of anguish and sadness.Many lawyers told me there was no hope for my case. that my case was very difficult to win and... that I was going to be deported, there was nothing to do for me .When I met Yaniv, he explained to me the process and my options .He told me that he would try his best to help me and stop my deportation. First he opened a motion with the judge, he applied for a work permit wich was approved and then. We went to court and my case finally was approved by the judge and I will receive my green card. my journey was very tough and long. I was in process in front of uscis for 3 long yeas. I lost hope several times.
