Biography
I'm the Founding Attorney of Spring Up Legal PLLC, a boutique law firm in New York. I received my B.A. (with Honors) from the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT and my J.D. from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and creatives, I gained first hand experience with the business and legal challenges faced while building a business. Motivated to bridge the gap between creatives and innovative legal solutions, I attended law school. During law school, I focused on Business Law and engaged in Northeastern Law School’s Community Business Clinic providing a myriad of legal services from business formation to intellectual property consultation for startups, creatives and small businesses.
Prior to starting the firm, I was a legal consultant for several years, helping my clients navigate through uncertain legal waters to success. Throughout the years, I have counseled clients in a variety of industries from consulting agencies to fashion at various stages of their business. During my time as a consultant, I noticed a trend of creatives and small businesses being overlooked by the larger legal industry. Spring Up Legal was created with the goal of providing effective legal solutions for your “everyday” creative and entrepreneur.
