Vivek S. Suri

I hired Attorney Suri for a labor law dispute involving my small construction business, and subsequently for various other matters. He is an outstanding, highly intelligent lawyer who really knows the law. True, his communication habits might not be the best but that was a small price to pay for exce...llent, and reasonably priced legal advice and representation. I recommend Mr. Suri to all small business owners and individuals that have any litigation need in NYC and around.

We hired Vivek S. Suri 5/2016. Mr. Suri was recommended to us from another lawyer because he was "Specialized in trademarks and patents". His fee was paid upfront. It is now 3/2018. After 20 + emails and phone calls within 2 year span. He has failed to get anything done for us. You can never reach hi...m at his office. He never return calls. What kind of business are you running? I have taken necessary action against him and filed a complaint with the Department Disciplinary committee supreme Court. DO NOT HIRE. REPEAT DO NO HIRE. Take you business elsewhere!!

This lawyer will constantly avoid phone calls, messages left in his office, emails or pleas to talk within a 1-2 day period. At first I thought he must be busy with other cases but time after time this lawyer has failed to reach out to me, if it wasn't for my constant almost harassment to talk to him... I would not hear from him for months. I honestly strongly advise you to seek representation from another attorney I can almost guarantee you will be disappointed as the case moves forward. What you must keep in mind is that someone has to be very dissapointed with Mr.Suri to leave such horrible reviews, a lawyer who doesn't have the best interest in one of his clients will repeat the same actions to new clients.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER WHO NEVER RESPONDS YOU BACK.....GIVES YOU WRONG INFO AND SUGGESTIONS.....TAKES YOUR MONEY...MAKES YOU FILE FOR UNNECESSARY APPEALS IN COURT....MAKES YOU PRINT TONS OF PAPERWORK TO SUBMIT AS EVIDENCE WHICH HE NEVER SUBMITS IN COURT ....HE IS NEVER READY WITH HIS WORK FOR... A TRIAL NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU WHEN COURT SENDS HIM ANY INFO .....MAKES YOU LOSE YOUR CASE AND EVERYTHING AND DOESNT RESPOND BACK TO YOU.....HE MADE ME LOSE EVERYTHING I HAD IN MY LIFE....AM, NOW AND WILL NEVER SETTLE WITH HIM OUTSIDE THE COURT I WANT HIM PUNISHED AND BARED FROM PRACTICING DUE TO MISINFORMING AND MISREPRESENTING THE CLIENT.
