I was on holiday in NYC at a young age. My English was basic and I was caught shoplifting, which was really a prank me and my friend played on each other. I was caught with an 8$ wallet in my bag. Ms. Whelan was referred to me by my cousin she took my case which was a possession with intent which is a Felony. At my arraignment she got me a very low bail. I have priors so I was really looking at doing time. She miraculously got me a program and a violation. Tara is awesome , Tara's great at wh...at she does.
