I have used Robin twice personally with SUCESS. RESULTS are what matters. I have recommended her to family and friends. I also know people in my building who have used her and had much success against the landlord in two rent strikes. Both as a collective and individually she has had success in regis...tering rent stabilized apartments, winning back rent, settlements, and getting work done for the building. We are now battling a restaurant going in under our apartment with both the community board and state liquor authority and she has gone in full force and I cannot be more pleased with her tenacity, communication and transparency. Not to mention her sense of humor. Even in the face of Big Money she does not shy away, she goes in for the kill. I LOVE working with her and highly recommend her!!!!!!
