It is my experience that she is a completely unprofessional and callous person. She offered me zero support or counsel. She does not return your calls or respond to email ... for someone going through a disability claim who is truly ill she only adds to your fears and disappointment by ignoring you a...nd in doing so shows no remorse or desire to even help you with required forms for filing your claim. Which is what you hire an attorney for. After having dealt with her I belive It is in your own best interest to seek representation elsewhere.

Ms Duncan, well I used her to help win my disability case. I had problems adding my minor daughter to the monthly check. I called her over and over She just wouldnt return my call BECAUSE there wasnt enough money in it for her. The back pay didnt wasnt enough for her to take the time to help me.... How do I know this? Well after many emails and calls. I called from another # I had and didnt leave my name, just said I needed help with disability case. 1 day it took her to call me back. She was a bit surprised yet told me she would help me fight them. I was sick and it took a long time for me to get there to add her on my check. So they were only giving me a year back pay instead of 2 I needed her to help me but she just blew me off, she got her nice portion of my descent back pay check and she was done with me. I would not recommend using her if you are looking for a lawyer to help you all they way through the long and stressful process.
