Marius Charles Wesser

Marius C. Wesser is an attorney with approximately two decades of experience litigating such claims ranging from medical malpractice and toxic torts to labor and employment law. Mr. Wesser received his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Brown University in 1985, and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1994. Mr. Wesser also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Barbara A. Lee, a United States Magistrate Judge with the Southern District of New York. While working for Coffinas & Coffinas, LLP, Mr. Wesser tried approximately forty civil jury trials to completion. In November of 2003, Mr. Wesser started the Law Offices of Marius C. Wesser, P.C., where he handles issues ranging from personal injury to medical malpractice litigation. Mr. Wesser is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and as well as before the Federal Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
