Terrible. This is a scam. If I could rate 0 I would. Don't waste your money, they will lie to you in regards to process and legalities around your ticket, take your money, and show up to court likely unprepared, IF AT ALL! For example - Margo "pushed back" my case 3 years! Telling me initially that b...y pushing it back further than 1 year, the case would be dismissed and points expired. 3years later I get a call from them informing me I need to pay her $300 to show up to court for me (despite their initial conversation with me). When I called her to discuss she was extremely dismissive, rude, and didn't even know anything about my case or me (I.E. I don't even have a NY drivers license or plates). Obviously she lost my case, so I now have to pay the ticket and accrue points on my license after paying for their terrible services. Now looking over these other reviews, I'm quite certain she didn't even show up to court. Disgusting.

Attorney Gannes represented me for a moving violation that was totally absurd, officer didn't take other vehicle into account, just wrote an unfair ticket that would have cost me plenty in fines, points, and insurance. Courts don't care either. But she got me a Not Guilty, no fine, no points, case ...closed. Totally satisfied. Thanks

She was the worst lawyer I have ever had her interest in her clients were minimal. I gave her 10 cases to represent me on in traffic court I was found guilty for every single one she did not even ask me for documentation which would possible prove my innocence instead she told me there's one basic st...atute for these cases and that's all she can do. I asked for a refund on the tickets she did not yet represent me on and I am still waiting to get my 400$ back it has been Almost two weeks now since she claimed she returned the money to my card but the bank nor her office has any idea why I have not received my money yet. To make matters worse when I told her I was going to retain a new lawyer she told me that any lawyer in the Brooklyn north may be covered under her and if that's the case they won't take my case either. I plan to report her to the bar of association if I do not get justice

Margo L. Gannes, Esq., retained for a serious speeding charge. Like all attorneys, no guarantee was made. I clearly understood the possibility of a conviction with financial consequences of $2,000+. Margo succeeded in having the charge dismissed. Ammie, the legal assistant, kept me up-to-date on ...all scheduled hearings (which I never had to attend), provided a letter confirming dismissal, and more importantly, NYS DMV sent an official confirmation. Margo is great and provided the best legal representation available, at a fraction of the cost of a conviction.
